I Made An Order Now What?

You will receive an email with your payment details and instructions on how to pay. All payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayID. The account is with Commonwealth Bank and supports Osko payments, so transfers are usually processed within seconds to a few minutes. Once your payment is complete, just wait for your tracking information. 

When will I get my tracking?

Once payment is confirmed, I pick, pack, and send your order myself. Tracking usually arrives the same day or the next.

Why Don't You Have Card Payments?

BILLYMART does not have card payments due to the industry were in. Most banks, card payment providers do not want to deal with bong stores or smoke shops as were put in a high-risk category and unfortunately for the ones that do they charge crazy amounts for fees and processing fees which would have to be passed onto you.
