1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms (“Dispute”), the parties agree to follow a good faith resolution process.
- The party raising the Dispute must provide written notice outlining the issue and proposed resolution.
- Both parties must attempt to resolve the Dispute in good faith within 7 days through senior representatives.
- If unresolved within 21 days, either party may proceed to legal action.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
9. International Access
The Site may be accessed from outside Australia. We make no representation that the Site complies with laws outside Australia. If you access the Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will take effect once published on the Site.
